This is a more unflattering characterization of Charles than most of the stories I've read - god, the way he feels entitled to just waltz in to Erik's room, and Erik's memories, and Erik's head without thinking to ask for permission is such a series of dick moves! - but it really works, and Erik's characterization is fantastic and interesting, too!
